As Goodwill of Central Arizona’s Corporate Compliance Officer, LARRY BETZ is primarily responsible for supporting the organization’s efforts to maintain high standards of business ethics and compliance with contracts, laws and regulations.

Betz has been employed with Goodwill for two years and a member of the leadership team since October 1, 2007.

Overall, Betz has more than 20 years of experience in law and human resources. Before coming to Goodwill, Betz practiced labor and employment law in Michigan and worked as a government compliance manager and human resource manager in the private sector.

Betz is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Social Studies. He is also a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Additionally, Betz is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He serves as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Valley of the Sun Society of Human Resources Management where he is chairman of the legislative action committee.
