Good questions about Goodwill
What are your store hours?
All of our retail stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Except Saturday Sales days, most stores open at 7 a.m.
Do your stores accept donations?
All of our retail stores accept donations during business hours. Next time you stop - bring in your unwanted items AND receive 20% off your next purchase.
Where does the money go?
The revenue generated from the sale of donated items in Goodwill 's retail stores remains in our community to assist people who are working to improve their lives through gainful employment. Goodwill of Central Arizona has been providing services in the community since 1947. Our mission is to "put people to work".
Do your stores only hire people with disabilities?
It is a standard policy for Goodwill to hire the best-qualified people from the community at all levels and departments. The retail operation will hire many workforce development participants interested in the retail field to give them the experience they need to be successful. Get more information on jobs at Goodwill.
What is your return policy?
Customers with a valid receipt will receive Goodwill store credit for items returned within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Returned items must still have their original Goodwill tag attached in order to receive store credit. Store credit is only valid at the store where the return is made. Items returned with their tags on, but without a proper receipt, can be exchanged for an item or items of equal value.
